Looks like Winters Mill is the team to beat. Best talent 1-14, I see a new era forming in Westminster.

Bliden comes back after Christmas and will add extra depth to the upper weights. Don't sleep on Liberty, once everyone gets down to weight they will have a solid lineup top to bottom.

Leonardtown and Southern Garrett will be great tests for Coach Lowe and the boys this weekend. Also a solid Owings Mills team and a few others with very good wrestlers. Everyone should be battled tested

Broadneck will be at the Grindstone as well and arrive with the #13 ranked team in the Baltimore Sun. They should be a good test for J-Lowe and his boys as well.

Unfortunately Leonardtown has been told by the St. Mary's County Public School system that they cannot travel this weekend (released within the past hour):

"As a result of the forecast and the potential impact of the impending storm, all St. Mary's County Public Schools' activities and events occurring Saturday and Sunday, December 9 and 10, are cancelled. Evening activities beginning or ongoing after 6 p.m. on Friday, December 8, are cancelled. All schools and facilities will be closed. Please see school websites for updates and rescheduled school activities."

Good luck to those schools who can still participate.

As a School Board employee and having been on the other side of that, I can say that is never an easy call to make or receive
